...I've had my fun with firearms. Oh yeah.
Especially at night. The rolling boom that echos better in cool, dense air. The satisfying tongue of flame...
And nothing quite produces gales of laughter from the typical American post-adolescent like shaking up a beer can, then shooting it.
The blissful counterstroke-a considerable new message.
Not a bullpup, but much more compact. Fast too !
Here is mine. 18.5" barrel length.I am surprised it is legal here. Feinstein tried to ban it.

In my home, that usually means 15 yards or less.
Remington has a reputation for poor quality control today. But I've had zero problems with it shooting home defense loads.
I notice the KSG does a little more shoulder bruising than the M1 Garand.
I assume that is mostly due to the weight differences between the 2. The KSG is pretty light and transfers the recoil accordingly.

This is gory subject matter, truth be told. I really don't enjoy talking about it. Suffice it say that this shotgun would do everything necessary in any home defense scenario. It is relatively easy to handle and shoot repeatedly thanks to the grip design, gas semi-auto operating system with little reciprocating mass, and the adjustable hand strap. Shooting from the hip, a shotgun like this is down low enough to make grabs by assailants in close quarters less likely to happen.
Run out of ammo and you automatically have a heavy club in your hands, at the ready.
This is sick stuff though. I view it as a "necessary evil", nothing more. I would try to escape if I could.
