Hey Dave
I have them currently on a JE Labs type OB .I tried a larger folded baffle first but it didnt sound as good.Think it was the narrower front baffle.I was thinking about selling them and trading down to some vintage drivers like maybe a set of reboxed altec 890b with the 406-8b woofers and the 3000H tweeters. But If I am only going to get ~2000$ for them.I might think about building another set of boxes.Bear in mind I dont have the quality of equipment you use.I mostly watch satilite TV and listen to MP3's with them. What have you done with your km30's laterly.I think last time I was at your site about 2 years ago. You had a large baffle on your transmission line.Do you still have your site up?
Follow Ups:
I have finished them with a polished 'piano' black accented with aluminum. I designed some adjustable feet and also added a turned aluminum ring behind the driver. The ring resembles those that Terry Cain used on his speakers.
I have some pics up on Josh's site, if you are interested.
I think that some kind of application like this would work well for you. You may want to attach some damping material to the wall between the baby's room and your listening room. Something like the soundproof sheetrock that I see advertised here on the asylum might be just the ticket.
Hope this helps. Good luck.

E-mail and I will send them to you.
