I don't know the song at 1 hour 3 minutes -> 1 hour 4 minutes or so is where it begins, awesome and everyone goes crazy :)

Yes that short part of music was for audience like some sort of audio bomb , everybody was instantly much more jumping around and dancing :) ,
and yes I like to see all that`s happy young people dancing around and having good time , special effect is when DJ Richie`s face start to smiling :) .

I am an old man I'm 37, when I was about 22 or so that audio bomb lasted for 12 hours straight ;) I was waiting for that to happen, that was great. Not sure why the crowd so subdued, but it was a good part. Perhaps the music changes, I used to listen to House music when I went dancing way way way back in the day.
What !? , old man with only 37 ? , no way that I with my 53 can accept that your conclusion :) .
BTW , I think that pretty static movement of camera is one reason causing your impression that people at that party don`t move enough , second reason is I think that major part of the crowd was in front of Richie not behind him , but camera never spotted that, crowd behind the Richie is I think minor ` back stage ` part pf the crowd. And yes , did we already mentioned Rodhad here ?
