Anyone heard it? I've been playing this one a bit for the past few weeks. Introspective ambient electronica with a cinematic feeling. I like it. Worth seeking out.

I believe they will be coming out with a new release on the Just Music label.

I'd recognize that beat anywhere. Someone next door is playing that thing, using a bloated home theater subwoofer, not on spikes.

Yep - I have been listening to it for quite a while. I bought it in my first major bunch of 'ambient' albums a while back. I think I posted a few brief thoughts about it here in on of my ambient related posts (when I was pretty new to the genre... hell, I still am).
Distance is a nice example of the ambient sub-genre that is more about the lounge/ chill-out/ melodic feel, rather than the more overtly sound-scaped (visual-type) or drone-based styles. It seems - for me - to strike a combination the mild melancholic and the gently propulsive; relaxing yet not sleep inducing. I like to listen to it when I am not feeling like anything confronting or jarring and I often come away feeling gently uplifted.
I believe thay have had a release since, but think it is available as MP3 download only.
My views of Distance pretty-much fit with yours. Thanks for posting.
