I had their electrostat earbuds and one channel was cutting in and out. I had contacted them last year say November but never sent the product in (I had a brain tumor and was a mess). The product's 2 year warranty ended in June and still hadn't sent them in. Got out of the hospital early august and just sent them in.
I was expecting to pay the flat rate fee of $500 to have them fixed. Got an invoice for $535 which included the shipping back from Shure. I had provided my card prior for the service fee. I received the product today from service and it has a brand new pair of headphones to go with the original amp which was working fine. And the receipt in the box said "no charge". Thinking that was because I had provided my card already, I looked and nothing has been charged!! That is unheard of in 2023!!
Definitely recommend Shure for their awesome products and stellar customer service!!!

Follow Ups:
My Utopias suffered from same driver death Focals are famous for.
They wont even try to fix the diver (maybe just be a bad solder), rather they want to sell 2 replacement drivers.
Not even flat fee job:
$1870 for drivers, $100/hour for labor, plus shipping.

Man Killer Piglet I am sorry to hear that! Almost bought some Focal cans but never did and now I am glad. Its amazing that on a FLAGSHIP product they don't bend over backwards to help. I think sure has replacement pricing which is much less than retail...sounds like Focal has just retail pricing. Again sorry. The kicker is that Shure I never asked them to waive the fee...
Oh and that was a funny joke on the Focal name!

That's a small price for Shure to pay for the excellent advertising you've just provided. It Shure makes me want to buy a pair. :-)
and punny at the same time. Their products sound great and they back them up which is a win for Shure :). I have the KSE1200, SE846, SE215, SHR1880 and their bluetooth adaptor and all are awesome.
On the electrostats they have eartips the offer passive noise reduction they claim of 37db. They will also mention how that ambient noise reduction teamed with the resolution of an electrostat offers a unique listening experience...its amazingly true.

I didn't mean for my response to be derogatory. I just meant that its a small price for Shure to pay for the positive comments its excellent customer service generates. In other words, it's the kind of company that makes me want to buy their products.
Sorry!

I was reacting to this :" It Shure makes me want to buy a pair. :-)". Its a bad pun. Was not offended at all! My apologies for the mis communication
