I wish to purchase a $150 to $250 HEADPHONE AMP, is this viable?

I just purchased on E-Bay a Fournier HTA headphone amp. I bought it for my TV and some Senn 598 headphones. It was so good it moved into my main system coupled with Senn 650's. It is a great little tube bargain. Made in USA. Cost $179. Check it out.
