I need something small and unobtrusive that I can keep at the bed side or easily take to the office.

7. Support hardware decoding PCM 44.1K-384K 32bit / DSD64-DSD256
8. USB port supports OTG Android (iOS not supported)
9. Powerful Hi-Fi headphone OP-AMP(4PCS JRC4580) can drive most headphones within 300Ω
All in a package about the size of a cell phone.

      the ridiculously price Poly. It's two box solution at best but the two boxes hook together.
      
      For the 6.5mm they do make adapters! ;-)
      
      Don't think you are likely to find anything the size and weight of a cell phone with a 6.5mm headphone out.
      
      OK, nothing the size and weight of a cellphone that's been released in the last 20 years, that is.
