I've had these in storage for years because they were not close enough in performance to my open air system for serious listening. This has changed by replacing the stock 24Vdc wall wart PS to the HEV70 energizer with an inexpensive 2A Chinese linear PS. The parts and build quality look very good. The PS comes with an umbilical that needs to be spliced onto the odd DC connector that's used on the stock wall wart cable.
With this lite modification the HE60 sounds about as good as anything I heard at the RMAF 15 can jam.

... that such an inexpensive power supply could make such a difference. Of course, if it was not made in China it might have cost you twice as much.
