You didn't say what TYPE of digital input you need to drive and what end result you were seeking.

Pro-ject Optical Box E below will accept an MM phono cartridge level signal directly into its RCA jacks -OR- a line level signal from your existing phono preamp. In the latter case you will need a 3.5mm to stereo RCA adapter cable. The product page is linked below. The Owner's Manual can be found on the product page under the heading "What's in the box:". It describes technical details including user selectable 48-KHz or 96-KHz output over Optical.

If you're planning to digitize vinyl LP's here's an entirely different solution that outputs via USB to a computer. It doesn't get much simpler than this. You can use the FREE Audacity software on the computer but there are others.
