Absolutely amazed that my SBT and LMS still work. Like I said below, the only frustration is that I can't turn off the start server automatically function, even though "never start server automatically" is selected. Once I start my computer, it has to be the first think I turn OFF if I want to use my SBT with ROON. Kind of annoying, but if that's my biggest issue I'll be fine with it. I don't want to tinker too much.

"the only frustration is that I can't turn off the start server automatically function, even though "never start server automatically" is selected."If you have the LMS server software running on a Mac see if it appears in the Login Items menu then remove it if it shows up there.
Settings -> General -> Login Items -> +/-
Highlight the software Login Item you wish to remove from launching automatically at Login then Click the minus button from +/-. This works with most well behaved software but not all. If it shows up as a background task try turning it Off.
The screen shots above are from my daily driver Mac, not the one I use for music. On that one I have no items that open automatically at login except for Roon.

Thanks, but It doesn't appear there, that's what I can't figure out. A checkbox is buried DEEP somewhere. I'd have to go into the weeds to find it and who knows what problems that would cause. Probably screw everything up and I'd have to get that new streamer, whatever it might be.

You might look to see if a service is involved to disable.
One major change to LMS from my standpoint is that it is no longer a media server - music only. I have a library of over 500 videos that I stream to Roku players around the house.
