I have an M11 Plus on the way. Both WIIM devices I have theoretically can function as AIRPLAY receivers, and the M11 Plus can theoretically "Cast" to such clients.
My question: Can the M11 Plus simultaneously output to it's coax port or analog output port while simultaneously casting the music via airplay to the two WIIM airplay receivers?
Follow Ups:
Not an answer to your question but as an aside.....AirPlay is far superior to lossy Bluetooth for wireless audio but even so AirPlay is not capable of streaming 'hi-res' audio. It will do perfectly fine with "CD Quality" 16/44.1 lossless audio formats but if you have plans to tinker with 'hi-res' like 24/96 or 24/192 AirPlay will be the bottleneck.

yep, airplay may not be my ideal choice. Looks like both the M11 and the wiims may support chromecast also. Have to research and experiment.
Currently my thought is to use the M11 coax output to feed the "master" of 3 wiims using the coax out of the M11 to a coax -> optical converter then into the optical input of the master wiim.
Then I can stream from the master wiim to the two wiims in different rooms and hopefully use the analog output of the M11 simultaneously in the "master" room for my main system. That way I can upsample "all to dsd" using the M11 in the main room.
We'll see. If this can work then no more windoz in my music playback!
