Hi Axiom05, I re-listened to the "Poco Adagio" 2nd movement of the DXD release from the 5:45 mark to the end and could not hear any problems. I'm listening through Stax SR-009S headphones, so I'm sure I would have noticed something like you described if it were present.

I purchased the DXD version. I always enjoy this performance of one of my favorite Dvorak symphonies. I still think there is something "odd" going on in the second mvt at 8:14, sounds to me like a brief discontinuity, possibly a less than perfect splice. Nevertheless, thanks for alerting us to this new release. I wouldn't mind having the chance to get the 9th Symphony from this series as well.

  I was curious, so went back and listened again at 8:14 to both the DXD and DSD256 files. The trumpets pull off a weird plaintive note right at that point where they kinda come in out of the blue (don't know how to describe it). It does sound odd the way it is done, but I don't hear any discontinuity as one might were there a bad splice there.
  I've also got a 2020 release of this album from HDTT (replaced by the current release) and I listened to that version as well. I hear the same strange trumpet entry at that point on this 2020 release, as well, but nothing I'd describe as a tape issue.
