Thanks for the tip..... This sounded really nice at first listen, I'll take in the whole recording.
It was only two dollars more than the CD on Amazon.......
This was maybe 15 years ago. I don't know what happened to her normal accompanist at that time, but she was on tour and had a stop in the SF Bay Area and she used a local accompanist - a friend of mine actually.
Anyway, I found your link interesting, because it not only linked to tidal, but also to a number of different other streaming services too - all from the same spot. At least I assume it was the same music on all the links (the first movement of "Winter" from Vivaldi's "The Four Seasons") So I listened on Apple Music. I wasn't sure about what she was trying to achieve with the tempo fluctuations (which, frankly, seemed odd to me), but, other than that, what's not to like? - especially since Sarah seems to be a partisan of the "non-HIP" approach to Baroque music! ;-)
I saw her live in Phoenix a couple years ago..... Problem was I had a bad vantage point, didn't really hear her performance all that well..... (I didn't even comment on it.)
Tidal started proving those multi links a few months ago.

. . . in the SQ of their own streaming to put it up for comparison with the SQ of other streaming sites.
