I'm shooting for a 60% efficiency rating - if not higher...
But really, how much actual diff is there between "Yellow Fever" and "Bubonic Plague" ?
Both are well-known urban sicknesses.
Were you using "Bubonic Plague" in the same sense I was using "Yellow Fever" (i.e., the attraction of Caucasian men to Asian women, not in the term's traditional, dictionary meaning)? If so, I don't get the reference.
It's a broader sort of attraction. A "wannabe" kind of attraction.
As in, "I'm white, but I wish that I was black...".
