Hi guys,My first ext LPS - thinking of upgrading the dc cables that came with the LPS. Worth the trouble or do they not make a noticeable difference in sound quality? Also ... what's a good length? I'm thinking 0.5 to 1m. Would 1m be too long?
Thanks 🙏

I'm a believer when it comes to using starquad with my endpoints.
John Swenson, the designer of my ultraRendu discovered that back in '17 and I tried it out. Initial comments found here which surprised me. He opines that the lower inductance is responsible for the improvements.
I later purchased commercially terminated cables from Ghent Audio since I need different terminations. One power supply uses "aviation panel" connectors wile another uses USB-A.
Still have some leftover raw cable and 3.5 mm connectors free for the asking if you'd like to give it a try.
Thanks guys. I've decided to go with ghent audio. Hope the neotech occ is a noticeable improvement over stock.
What kind of terminations do the DC cables have? Here on Cable Asylum, you can find information on 4-pin and 5-pin XLR cables, which are used for DC purposes.
