Between Western Electric KS13385 and Cardas, where ch one is better? It is for speaker hook up?
Follow Ups:
No idea about the WE wire but I would be interested in who manufactures it. And then I would just buy it from them to save on paying for the re-branding. My guess is Supra which makes Dueland tinned WE knock off wire.I have some Supra and think its great.
I don't think you meant this but I use Cardas "hook up wire" for my speaker cabling. As seen here:https://partsconnexion.com/collections/cardas-hook-up-wire
Really wonderful and refined wire but no shielding or vibration control and best to use a soldering pot and a few tries to tin the litz wire just so. Tinning litz is a bit tricky but just takes a few tries to get it right. The price has doubled over the last few years but compared to finished "proper" speaker wire it's still a good bang for the buck.
I use different gauges for woofer and tweeter. I love it.

My friend who lives in Canada and wants to order the WE wire. And they set a 50 ft minimum, then charge the shipping that is ridiculous as it ships to Asia.
Shipping charge they quote for USD85
For same amount of Cardas wiring, vendor in America only charge less than 25 bucks.
My friend says no confidence to deal with them and the cable. So he ends up chose the Cardas.
WE and Cardas costs very much the same per foot.
