As a courtesy, might a Kind Soul respond with a good/direct source for the (black edition) Grey Knight GK-6008Ag? Seems I am having trouble uncovering this exact item as yes, that lime green of the Xangsane original is a bit much...Merci.

Well, that makes life easy! Somehow I got the impression you (or someone else I suppose) ended up with a non-green, as in black, edition of this cable.
But no matter... I'll pursue a set for testing one way or another. Your link indeed helps and I am appreciative.

Actually when I had initially posted on said Greg Knight version on this power cord, I photo shopped the one photo to make it appear darker then it actually is, it does offer a sort of lightly woven pattern as far as the tech-flex goes, with the greener looking innermost jacket slightly bleeding through.
But as I've recently gotten the Xangsane SCs in, their greenish color is actually much darker than it appears in the ads. Lastly..., it was my pleasure in assisting you in finding said cord | in my mind it's definitely a keeper.
