I assembled this setup in our previous home. The garage butted up to the laundry room then into the kitchen where the fridge was located. If we had a power outage I could run the 12V inverter from my Toyota 4Runner. If I needed to start the vehicle I could open the garage and back it up a few feet to exhaust.
Sourcing a max of 1500-Watts from the inverter would mean a ~125-Ampere draw from the 12-Volt battery.
I was drawing about 85-Amperes during my test. Heavy duty fat 12-Volt cables are a must.
The fridge won't normally draw this much power steady-state but the test was during fridge startup including compressor.

Seems unlikely.
That was the setup at our previous home. We had a two day power outage in the heat of summer and it kept the fridge running. The car had to started a few times during the day to keep the battery up. I disconnected the inverter from the fridge overnight.A couple keys to keeping items in the fridge cool is not to open it unless absolutely necessary and then only long enough to retrieve what you need. Another hint for the freezer (and fridge) is to add ballast (Ballast, is that the right word? Thermal mass?). If your fridge/freezer is not packed with food fill the empty spots with large frozen blue-ice packs.
Get LARGE ones from Walmart / Amazon:
A more elegant solution might be a gas generator.

These SoCal winds/fires have resulted in Edison cutting off power in Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS), not just to areas at/near fire but also many areas nowhere near fires but are labeled as having even moderately higher fire risk. Last week, Edison cut off power to my neighborhood, nowhere near fire, for 48 hours, so I had to throw away everything in my refrigerator. Then they cut off power for about a day again a couple of days later.
One could technically try to get reimbursement from Edison, but one first needs to submit detailed receipts of everything that was in fridge.
I need to figure out a way to keep at least the fridge going during these PSPS, so if I have to run my car, yeah...
Edison keeps turning off power due to the winds. I can't seem to find the exact model you use, but there seems to be this Voltworks 2000 watt inverter for <$200.
Or this newer(?) model from Go Power!

I bought mine back in 2012. It's the Go Power! GP-SW1500-12 1500-Watt Pure Sine Wave Inverter but there are dozens of brands on Amazon. If you get one just be sure to use large gauge cable and cinch the conductors down tight. My cable was made from heavy duty 2 gauge booster cables with welded-on clamps. I cut it in half as I needed only one end. I also used a DC inline fuse for safety.
The inverters you chose are probably fine but they may not accept bare wire. It looks like they need large cable lugs so you'll need to crimp your own or buy large gauge cables that are pre-lugged.
The one I have will accept bare copper wire. I used 2 gauge from the booster cable.
I also like the bargraph meter on mine which at least gives some indication of input voltage and approximate power draw so you're not 'flying blind'.
I can 'see' when the fridge compressor kicks in as the power draw goes up considerably. I can also 'see' the condition of the 12-Volt battery. If it sags below 12-Volts it's probably time to start-up the car.
Good Luck !

I used this with good result.https://xantrex.com/products/inverters/prowattsw/
The lower output impedance, the better result.
Which Edison, NJ?

I used to have a 10A charger to charge a 20AH AGM deep cycle battery. The battery was connected to a 1500VA pure sine wave inverter. It powered a Plinius 9200 with positive result.
