It's looking really good! Nothing weird about combining the resistors to get the exact value. I've seen it done many times before but not as neatly as yours. Did you buy the entire kit then source several (but not all) of the parts on your own or was there an option to just buy the PCB? I had a quick look around eBay and there appears to be several options from various sellers anywhere from about $30 to $200 or so.

First pcb back during covid and never got tfinish it, I bould a completely built unit from Zerozone. I then upgraded it after hearing it for awhile and not liking the minor issues with the sound. I did buy the 3rd and last PCB for the final "All Out Build" and source every single part on it. I sourced the best quality parts there were. I did change the RIAA components to Metal Film resistors and Silver Mica caps. All resistors are Wirewound that are using in the power supply and PCB.The original kit I bought came with nasty caps and really bad resistors, the resistor leads were hollow, so when you tried to form the leads they would flatten out when the plyer were holding them. never ever seen that type of leads on a resistor. So that when I got the last PCB I sourced everything/parts from Mouser and Digikey.
After seeing that TE fiasco, I will really think about how to layout my PCB and where to cut/mount the switch and knobs on the front panel.
Thank You for the kind words on the build. :)

Thanks for the details on your Clone builds. You may have mentioned them before but your last post cleared it up. Given the various iterations involved you are probably the 834P expert on the Asylum! My only 834P experience was the used one that I bought and played with many years ago.The video linked below -should- play in your browser but I'm not sure. The video is very old.
Congrats!
P.S. The video also shows the Graham Slee Era Gold V and the Graham Slee Elevator (additional amplification for MC). I thought the Era Gold V was excellent but the Elevator was not to my liking so I removed it and put a CineMag SUT in front of the Era Gold V MM phono preamp. As with my 834P the outboard CineMag on the Era Gold V was the better sounding setup to my ears. The CineMag seemed to bring out more lively dynamics.

Analog setup. I can just imagine how nice it sound.
I have had LP's and Turntables ever since I was 12 just moved up in setup levels as I got older. I now have The Analog setup, Tuner, CD players, and Streamer.
