I find that MOSFET amps have a distinct sound, to me its very pleasing. But for some reason not many manufacturers use Mosfet designs, wondering why is this the case.
My old Hafler amp was one of the best sounding amps I've owned, just didn't have the power to drive my Dynaudio speakers well enough.
Any mosfet amp enthusiasts here.

Follow Ups:
prefer mosfet sound myself too. Many BJT's can be sharp to my ears. Classic example is how I dont care for the adcom 535mkII but like the 5000 series, though think their gain little too high where not get the fullness until certain listening level. But also many passdiy amps where many are fet based. However, recent acquisition of old levinson ML-11 amp changes my mind (assuming it bjt) class AB, using to3 metal devices.
David Belles (Power Modules): Mosfets and high damping factor. Aria Integrated is tough to beat for the price.
If you're talking about the power output stage many amp makers use MOSFETS including:
Pass Labs, BAT, Spectral, Naim, Conrad Johnson, early Ayre, PS Audio, some Accuphase, others.
Luxman uses bipolar transistor output stages.

Most class D's and derivatives use silicon MOSFET's, and maybe a few early adopters utilizing GaN HEMT's.

I've been using Ashly amps for years. I have been using a Chevin for about two years now too.
The last couple of times I used bipolar after a while I thought something missing, when back to the Ashly for the resolution. They have a little fuller tone. Maybe coloration I like. LOL
I had a Crown amp with a very witty manual, must have been back in the 1970s.
Stuff like "All specifications will be given in the most deliberately obscure way, for instance speed will be expressed as furlongs per fortnight..."
For many years a mosfet user in both preamps and power amps. Very powerful and clean! He used to modify the hafler amps as well. Take a look at some of his designs! I use a fet-valve 500 to power my custom dynaudio monitors.0
Find a second Hafler and use them as monoblocks. You get way more than double the power.

My favorite mosfet amp was the NewYork Audio Labs Moscode 300 Maxi, which did a superb job of driving the Vandersteen 2c speakers I owned at the time. The owner's manual for the amp was certainly unusual and humorous. It recommended that you take a bath in Dead Sea salts before listening to the amp. I suppose that would have made it sound even better.
