I've been playing with the 6DJ8s* but haven't heard any differences yet.. (Do remember that I'm NOT a quick-hearing GEA, I'm a slow-hearing musiclover.)
After I recover from out-patient right-shoulder-joint-repair surgery late this month, I'll be replacing the loboy with a slightly narrow slab of 1.2" Marble.. Of course, the Passes and the CC speaker are going.. Haven't decided whether to isolate or couple the slab to the concrete floor; will be removing the carpet and pad from the center-front portion of the floor.. The three amps will be isolated from the pad.. Probably will stand my Magnaplanar center-channel speaker behind the CC amp.
Have become aware of a newish manufacturer/retailer of vibration-control footer for electronic equpment and also speakers, England's Stack Audio.. The brand name is AUVA, and my guess on pronunciation is 'uwvu'. They have different models for speakers and equipment, and three different weight versions for equipment.. Interestly, the weight-sensitive base is replaceable and interchangable among the three.. Ordered a tentet for the '600s and a trio for my Oppo '205 DP; I hope I can hear differences between using the IsoAcoustic Oreas and the AUVA EQs.
.
* Actually, they specify 6922s, perhaps becaue they're likely to be less microfonic? AND they allow even 7DJ8s and all their variants in those positions.
Follow Ups:
...violins. 😁
BHK600s will be traveling to Denver/Erie this week (with much other audio equipment) to be delivered to The Music Room for consignment sale.

...and selling or trading away my Pass X260.8s.. Compared with the BHK600s, the '260s come in second, so I'll be rid of them regardless, and everything I read about the '60s makes me want a pair.. If I bought the '60s, I'd keep the PSA M600s to use during our 8 months of summer.I just talked with Pass's Kent English about the '60s' total power, class-A power, etc., and we agreed that the '60s' 380 Watts into 2 Ohms at 1% distortion* is PLENTY-ENOUGH power for me.
Anyone using XA60.8s with electrostatic speakers? Constructive observations, anyone?
* that John Atkinson measured with an XA60.8, and that would include 30 Watts in class-A; I believe the 380-into-2 would include 15 watts of class-A power.

...are out of them, but there's a pair a'building, and they s/b here in a couple weeks.
I hope the new loboy will be finished by then.
.
Looking forward to your report- Jeffrey.
Those PSA amps are no slouch.
...quite nice last evening while on for only a couple hours.
Nice- what Cables/Cords are you enjoying in your System?
...Neotec XLR connectors; speakercable is AQ RobinHoodSilver.. When I move the lowboy equipment stand closer to the front wall, probably I'll buy AQ Firebird.
Keep me posted as you massage those new Amps into your room/system.
Just curious as to your comments on the Berning Quadrature amps with Soundlabs. Thanks, Mike
...I didn't understand what they meant; I learned what this means this summer.
You may have followed my saga of choosing the right amps for the SoundLabs, so I'll be brief--only TWO amps that I heard sounded at least very good driving my SLs, the Pass X260.8s and finally the BHK600s, and even at this 'at least very good' level, the BHKs were clearly more resolving and more MUSICAL than the Passes.. The Berning Quadrature Zs were in the broad close-but-not-good-enough pool of candidates, along with MANY other otherwise-very-fine amps.. I imagine the Q-Zs would sound very good with magnetic speakersystems.
Pls remember that I'm NOT a quick-hearing GEA, just a slow-hearing musiclover.. Maybe a 'bronze-eared' audiofool?
how does the system compare to the hybrids you once used?
...are much more 'of one piece', ie they sound more cohesive and more resolving, too...AND...they project a full-wall-height image, the absence of which began to bother me with the Vandersteen 7.2s.. Instrumental images are right-sized, and sometimes it sounds as if I'm in the concert hall.I LOVE 'em...best-sounding system I've ever had.

Glad you're enjoying them!
.
Glad that you found amps that you are happy with. Just curious how you buy and sell high end equipment. I am going to sell a bunch of vintage tube amps and am trying to figure out the best way. Thanks for your help, Mike
