Well, I can see how you would be in favor of it !As a fellow 301+long-arm user, I'm betting you're getting incredible sound out of the 301-Emt-Dl103 setup shown.
Interesting, too, that it's armboard is made of cast-copper..
...no doubt strategically balancing mass and vibration propagation, with materials-choice that seeks to conduct motor noise elsewhere.....(as a side note, I don't think anyone in this thread was intending to convey that this particular arm-mount setup was in any way an afterthought or lacking somehow. You may be the only poster in this that isn't coincidentally also a diy plinther, with distinct bits of territory to stake out.) (Including myself, of course, but I want all bits of territory, not just distinct bits.)
If you can, maybe you would post a more localized image of arm & armboard at some point.
