I've just measured the distance, its actually even less than 1mm,
something like 0.5mm!I've measured it by folding a piece of paper and placing it under
the cartridge halfway from the back. Repeated the same, until it
started to touch the cartrige, then measured the width of the
folded paper by a ruler.
