You can really reduce the amount of work with Access by using either tables or queries as the source for your fields or by using defaults. You'll really reduce your typing. For example in your case only Title and release number would have to be typed in every time. I would set up a simple table with all the condition values and use a query for Artist and Label. This way each artist and label would have to be entered once but afterward you could pick them from a pull-down list.I use Access and extensive information about each LP/CD but rarely have to type more than title and catalog number.
