Hanss T10 running .3% too fast

Hi all,

about a month ago, I bought a Hanss Acoustics T10 Special Edition turntable from Canadian Hi-Fi as they were on sale for a really good price with Rega RB-202 arm. Had the arm fully rewired and added the Pete Regal end-stub/counter weight. Fitted a Dynavector DV-10X5 Mk II LOMC cartridge and it was sounding fantastic.

Well, about 3 days ago, I noticed it had started running too fast. I checked it with a strobe and the speed app and found that it is running .3% too fast. So, 33.6 and 45.3. The belt is fine and I've done a number of experiments with the motor letting it ride closer and farther from the sub-platter but it still runs too fast. This looks to use a Pro-Ject made motor like in the debut and 1Xpression or Music Hall mmm-2.1 or 5, but it's not the better 16v motor, rather it's a 12v so I cannot use the Speed box on it.

Question is...could the cheap wall wart be causing an issue with speed? Is there a better wall wart/power supply option I could use with the 12v motor of my Turntable. Might the motor be the problem and need to be upgraded/changed?

Pics attached for reference...please let me know your thoughts on this.
