Hello,I am considering buying the 3 shelf GPA Monaco stand...the question below are to all current users of this stand....
- for the standard stand, non SE version, what do you use to fill the support cavity....I am thinking of using Atacama Atabites...will this be an overkill? http://www.atacama-audio.co.uk/atabites.htm
Is there any other substitutes?? Also, is there a big sonic difference from filling the cavities and not filling them??
- For the Apex Feet and levelers for the Monaco stand...is there an optimum weight (from the equipment) before using these? or regardless of weight, there is a sonic difference?
- Has anyone also tried the Apex Feet and Levelers on their speakers?? I have the Aerial acoustics Model 9 and although they have a nice spike design, I notice that when I play loud, I can feel some vibration from the cabinet...wondering if these feet will help to dissapate the vibes??
My dealer is suggesting to use the Harmonix tuning feet for speakers instead...
Any feedback is welcomed and TIA...
