it should read 0V for the 1st 11 secs after AC switch has been turned on.
It was working months ago. after 11secs, it would power up the transformer. Also when it was working, I cannot get a reading when I just put ONLY a VOM the output (no transformer or any other load).
I have to stop the project due to other more important things.
