You should try his Studio Reference power cords, they are worse. During the settling in period of the first 10 days, you will even lose sub base. The system will go from bright glaring highs to next to zero bass. Serious roller coaster ride. Not listenable for most of that period. Then all of a sudden everything snaps together, really trippy.
Per Alan's recommendation, next week I am going to hardwire three Studio Reference power cords directly to the wall. I will be removing the Furutech FP-20. This should be real interesting.
Alan recommended 3 of the PE for my system. I have one PE and just plugged in a PE II. And one more PE on the way. I am curious, what did 3 PEs in your system do vs the one?
