Did you use "Black Hole 5" material? And what exactly did you do? Did you cover then entire back of the child safety plug or?

I have 80 of those child safety plugs inserted to the outlets in my home. The 80 pieces cover about 3/5ths of the non-used outlets in my home. The child safety plugs themselves do nothing sonically in my system. I have some Black Hole 5 left over from a previous speaker project.
