I have a ESI impedance meter which is very accurate. I assumed your meter must be set wrong. To my surprise, I get no readings on higher value Dayton's as well. I tried one under 1 uf and it measured but a 7uf and 10uf didn't. Good question for the Parts Express bulletin board.
