Alright. I'm learning. Now that that is out of the way...
I picked up a Heathkit CT-1, CT-3 to help learn electronics with. I also picked up a load of NOS and used caps. I seem to be readily able to measure capacitance properly with the old stuff, but when I try and measure something new, say a Dayton Audio cap I cannot get the instrument to measure. I have the selector set (in this case) to 25-1000 uF for a 25uF cap. No movement in the electronic eye as a rotate the dial.
Can anyone chime in?
