The problem in your first location is the parallel cap in the UPC. Parallel capacitors make the choke sound bad. I suggest a different test. Remove all filters from your system. Allow the electrical line to adjust over the next 3 or 4 days. Plug the choke back in at the a//v system and allow it 1 week to adjust on the line. The choke is not a plug and play device.Alan
