Well the best thing to do is get a schematic so you can easily find other components associated with the burned ones to check. Other than that use your meters diode check function and check every transistor. In circuit checks can give confusing results due to parallel paths but remember no transistor should measure shorted in or out of circuit. If it is laid out well enough carefully compare component resistance (or diode drop) measurements from one channel to the other.Good luck.
