Does anyone know what the following are or have you tried them?

Are these likely the same as Al Sekela's R-C speaker networks? Bastani suggests soldering them directly to the terminals of the loudspeaker drivers. Could you do this with Al's R-C networks as well to ensure no RFI/EMI gets to the drivers?
