Yes, exactly. I'm very concerned about taking care of the original woofers. Ah, yes, a little steam would soften a water soluable glue, wouldn't it? Looking like it may have been repaired, I'll have to see what type of glue may have been used for the repair. I'm hopin' it's water soluable!What type of cement is typically used to adhere surrounds to frames, and in this case, this ring to the surround?? Are Elmer's-type white or wood glue really used?
