Recently I acquired a performance of the Beethoven Ninth that I've called revelatory. Several who have heard it, agree.How can this be measured? Overall length? Length of movements? Tempi on a metronome? Dynamic range?... Quickening pulse in the listeners?... Eye movement?...
Prove it!
Isn't it sad, to a "scientist", that most people just stick to their personal guns about musical (hence, audio) topics? Buncha damn subjectivists!
