I've mounted Alphacore aircore foil inductors to wood using Goop glue. The exposed ends can be wrapped with teflon plumbers tape. Round wire can be soldered across the foil end, or the foil end can be cut & tapered down to a 1/8" tab that can be curled with needle-nose pliers into a round-wire shape suitable for soldering or crimping. Best to paint exposed copper with polyurethane to prevent oxidation. To the degree possible the inductors should be separated from each other. Avoid inserting metal brackets through aircore inductors.
