The 100 microfarad filter capacitor looks like a short-circuit upon power-up, so the current through the rectifiers is limited primarily by the transformer winding resistance.If this resistance is substantial, use HexFREDs rated at or above the maximum current that will flow if the AC is switched on at the peak of the 60 Hz sine wave. If this size is impractical, use a series resistor shunted by a relay that picks up when the filter voltage is a good portion of normal. The relay can be small, and the coil makes a good bleed-down resistor for the supply when the AC is switched off.
The 465-volt supply has a choke input, so you can use any convenient size of HexFRED.
