You can buy a reulated instrument power supply with adjustable volatage and current limiting, or search for a regulated 24V regulated unit. Do a search on ebay.com and ebay.de with a lot of instrument power supplies.New one will not be cheap.
What I have done is to buy a 150W fanless computer supply, mount it externally, and measure then suppress the noise on the 12V and 5V supply lines, uying this to power an onboard dc-dc converter, also with extra suppression to reduce hf and lf spikes.
If you want a truly linear ps, then you will have to have several supplies tailored to the requirements of the motherboard. This is not likey to help a lot as the digital chips on the board are likely to create noise in the power supply themselves!
You will be surprised by the benfits brought about by extra suppression with OSCON and high frequency electrolytics such as nichicon zas and zls.
I did this on an Alesis Masterlink 96k HD recorder and there was a vast improvement in sonics. Stereophile has just reported on the benfits of such a mod, some 2 yrs after I did it!
