I agree that it looks as though there are two tubes being sold for a single auction price. The seller should have listed his tubes as a multiple-item auction, specifying that a bid was for one tube only, and that two tubes were available. The bidder in this type of auction can indicate how many tubes he or she wants to buy at the auction price. This last option is NOT present on the auction page.I would attribute the confusion to the seller's inexperience ( he has only 84 feedback points ) -- EXCEPT that he has been the seller in all his recent auctions. Given that, he should know better.
The buyer should not be held to the obligation to purchase, since the true price is effectively double what the auction led him to believe.
