I don't see a problem.......

There are two (2) tubes for sale.
You can purchase one or both....if you're quick enough.

I also see "purchases"....that tells me, or anyone else, how many are left and or sold by clicking on it.
I don't see a problem with the ad.

BUT.....if you ever have questions...ask the seller the question before bidding.
