Question about Telefunken codes on 12AX7's

I have six Telefunken 12AX7 tubes, labelled Fisher. Should be from early 60's. The only codes are 'K' on 3 of the tubes, and 'J O' on the other 3.
All have the diamond; all are smooth-plate. Just wondering about when & where these are made.

One other thing: I have one Telefunken ECC 83 (no 12AX7 printed) with ribbed plate, and the number '196' printed on the TOP - twice. I have never see this before. I suspect it was home-market only.

I did search the archives but found little info specific to these.
