Look up your output tube type # in a data sheet to discover the load impedance they should operate into. Or ask Lumley what the OPT primary impedance was. Realize push-pull circuts utilize pairs of tubes, so with such circuts the OPT primary impedance is double the load impedance specification for a single tube. With a different OPT, any global NFB circut may need to be adjusted for part value. Pairs of OPT in a stereo amplifier is better than mis-matched pairings (IOW you may need 2 replacements).
