You probably already know this, but just in case; make sure to turn the volume all the way down and disconnect all interconnects from the amp (leave speaker cables connected) and let the amp warm up for 10 minutes or so before taking your bias readings.As mentioned earlier, the problem (if one exists) is most likely in the amp's bias supply and not the tubes. What sort of problems were your previous tubes giving you? Also, does your amp require bias settings in excess of 20mV?
The small signal tubes aren't related to the bias supply.
