Not a problem with your tubes. The negative bias voltage has a hard stop probably at -19 volts to prevent ham fisted owners from cooking their amps. It is a simple adjustment to lower the grounding resistor off of the bias pot. It is a $1.00 fix if you can do it, probably $50 at your favorite home theater salon.
