Hello McCormack, thanks for the info, I am interested in hearing from as many people as wish to contribute. I am going to buy a pair from Jim as well. Today I happened across a pair of NOS RCA 6DJ8's with made in W.Germany stamped on them, from a local repair store. Some feel that they could be made by Siemens. I put them in my AudioNote M2-B preamp and what a nice full, rich sound. Way better than the Sovtek's that had been in there. Now, we'll play them a while and see what happens. This hobby is getting interesting again!John as in Johnsan
