Dear Inmates,We at the TubeMuseum totally and unequivocally DENY this slander you read about. It is totally false. The tubes are authentic, only the paint date-codes from one tube is gone, which is normal for over 50 year old tubes. If one of the tubes were a Siemens then there would be a glass =/= code symbol for Siemens Halske. The tubes are both D-Getter and they are from different years of production, BUT MATCHED and very difficult even impossible to even find! The buyer is an experienced audiophile and LOVES the tubes, had asked questions prior to the purchase and has sent recommendational repeat customers to us! HE LOVES THE TUBES AND WANTS MORE OF THEM!

I believed that I know all ecc82 tubes after all I ve collected them for more than 15 years. I’ve made a mistake, my apology to seller and to members of this forum for my misinformation.
