We at Manley Labs have produced power amplifiers with the output stage hooked up in triode mode (screens hooked to plates), tetrode mode (screens hooked to B+ OP xfmr Center Tap), as well as UL mode (screens hooked to dedicated UL taps on OP tranny.We also have made numerous amplifiers that can switch between these modes, and still do. All that info is viewable on our website in current hifi pages and those in the Mausoleum for verification before you make blanket uninformed statements about Manley Lab power amplifiers...
