If you haven't already done so, consider tweaking the trannie covers with damping material. They ring like a bell, and the vibes are transferred to the chassis, which mechanically couple with the tubes. I had many long hours trying to find the source of hum in my Canes years ago. Turned out the trannie covers were the problem...
