they are all 6DJ8's. The current Gold Elite is a fine tube if you can get one that's low noise. There have been quality control problems and EI is now out of business. There is a comment in another thread below that they may be back. NOS EI's are fine also if you can find them. Either new or old, EI's are one of my favorite tubes - wish they were rugged enuf for my SP10.
